Donna, Lee and the team have been wonderful in recommending, supplying and fitting the stove. We have somewhat unusual requirements in so far as the stove was to replace a very large open fire in a double height living room. Lee visited and made recommendations from which we made our selection. The ordering process was prompt and effiecient with excellent prices for the stove and the installation. The installation team took great care and were dilligent in the process and gave us great advice on the use and maintenance of the Hunter Inglenook stove. Since it has been running it has transformed our living spaces. We have no hesitation in recommending Mid Wales Stoves to everybody that is looking to install a stove and we would score them 10 out of 10!!

My wife & I bought

My wife & I bought a Salamander ‘Little Range’ from Mid Wales Stoves and had them fit it, which also included having the chimney cleaned with special chemicals to remove all remaining soot & tar (after the chimney had been cleaned and was looking very clean indeed)and having a chimney liner fitted, as well as repair work done to the chimney pot.
From start to finish, I cannot fault their service, which was polite, friendly and efficient. Any question’s were answered promptly and if they did not know the answer to any of my question’s, they said so and found the information and got it to me within a few days.

When the day came for them to fit the stove, the two young men that arrived were friendly, polite, respectful and never stopped working (apart from having their lunch) all the time it took to do all the different jobs needed to fit the range, etc. Including cleaning the room afterwards to a standard that my wife felt that she did not need to get the hoover out.

I cannot fault Mid Wales Stoves in anyway and I would highly recommended their services to anyone who is looking at having a wood burning stove and or range fitted, the service we experienced was second to none!

Very pleased with the service

Very pleased with the service provided by Donna and Lee. They gave very good advise . Mike and Jamie did an excellent job fitting our cassette log burner. Lee called to check installation and gave more advice re burning different types of wood. Highly recommend.
